Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

Out of courtesy for other families in our practice, we have a missed appointment and “short notice” cancellation and rescheduling policy in place. We understand that it may be necessary for you to reschedule or cancel your child’s appointment.  If you do need to make changes, please speak to a receptionist personally by phone at least 2 business days prior to your appointment to avoid a possible rescheduling or cancellation fee.  This policy is essential to provide courteous service and care for all of our patients and their families.
